The second week of the sleep treatment we will start working on your sleep pattern. We will focus on your sleep efficiency and your sleep hygien.
Week 3 - Strategies and problem solving
During the third week we will teach you strategies and routines and you will also start establishing some personal routines so you can continue to improve your sleep.
Week 4 - Learn to handle your thoughts
Negative thoughts can affect your sleep and be difficult to handle. That's why we want to teach you how to better handle distressing thoughts.
Week 5 - Personal plan for maintaining good sleep
The goal with the last week of the sleep treatment is to establish what has work for you during the treatment and what you will bring with you when its finished.
